A Door in the Wonderwall
“I’m so bored!” I grumped to no-one in particular, moments before hearing ’pitter-pat, patter-pit, rat-a-tat-tat’ from under my bed.
Ducking down to take a peremptory peek, the dust tickled and tingled the back of my nose into an explosive sneeze, startling the dust bunnies, who hopped into a heap at the foot of my bed.
A parcel lay enticingly in front of a tiny door in the skirting. I slithered onto my belly and pulled it out, reading, ‘If you’re our Alice, you’ll know just what to do.’
To no-one in particular, I happily exclaimed, “I’m going back to Wonderland!”

So awesome. It is another adventure for Alice. I really love a magical tale like this. Nice job, Carrie.
Thanks Lotchie. Lewis Carroll created a marvellous world; it’s a honour to be able to take my own tentative peep through the door.

Thanks Dipayan. I tried to use the type of language that I thought Lewis Carroll may have employed in that circumstance.
