Precious Moment
The air was warm, despite the early hour, promising a hot summer’s day ahead.
Jason took my hand as he led me upstream along a woodland path. We came upon a clearing with a waterfall plunging into a deep, clear pool. Jason tugged me towards it, pulling me under a ledge and into a small cave behind.
It was perfectly timed. At that moment the sun broke the tree-line, the light bursting through the tumbling water, decorating the cave with a myriad of rainbows.
I gasped in delight, turning to Jason, my smile broadening as he dropped to one knee.

Thank you, Lotchie. I wish my proposal had been even slightly this romantic ?
You are welcome, Carrie. Indeed, it is very romantic, Carrie.

Thank you Christer, just to make you laugh a little more, my highly romantic proposal was ‘They have some nice rings in Samuels if you want to have a look.” Sigh! It’s a good job I love him!
Love this Carrie – well done. I love the rainbow description – really brought it to life.
