The Speed of Light Is Not Constant

Our bulb may sometimes flicker but that does not mean we are broken.
The lightbulb wasn’t invented overnight. Rather it came together bit by bit.
It was a slow process.

Have patience and be kind to yourself. Not everything happens at the speed of light.

I love the last part of your description, Melissa. It’s a very nice reminder to myself. I want to print it and hang it on my wall.

Yes, it’s a really bad period for everyone, we have many restrictions too and I really miss my freedom, but nothing lasts forever.

Melissa, you remind me of the quote, that our life is just a blink compared to the Universe. And yet, everything we see and do, passes so quickly. So why do we rush about, why do we spend so much of our time achieving things that are not relative. You make this all so clear, well done ?.

I love the simplicity of your image. It is so beautiful. You message could not be more accurate, especially during these tough times.

    Sharing a Post

Why do my friends need to SignIn to read the post I shared?

Actually, this is a voting security feature. During public voting, only club members can read posts submitted for that contest. Since anyone reading the story is able to vote (click the Like button), we reserve these capabilities to members who SignIn. Before we implemented this security feature, people were voting multiple times and making the public voting process unfair and out of balance. To fix this, our staff finally decided to allow only members who SignIn to read the stories. Membership is free and easy, and ensures our club is safe, secure, and family-friendly!
