I inherited Della from my daughter after her circumstances sadly changed. Thus, we were both blessed to spend time with this sweet, shy, determined little girl who still looked like a kitten when she passed away at twenty.
She loved to spend time helping me in the garden.

Thank you, Daisy! She was a real darling and even inspired a children’s book I wrote. I haven’t had any luck with publishers as yet but love it as a tribute to Della 🙂

When Della went to her final vet visit I thought she had an infection but she, too, had a tumour. Unfortunately, with aging pets I’ve lost one each year for the past five years. My tears hardly have time to dry 🙁 but I also feel blessed for the time I had with each one 🙂
